The Mexican vanilla comes from the Finca du Papa of Rodolfo Arellano, a young engineer who lives in Saint-Hyacinthe, in the Montérégie region with his wife Suzan, also an engineer, and their son Alexander.

All other vanillas grown in the world are derived from this vanilla and its authentic taste will delight you. As a planifolia, its taste is chocolatey, with notes of nutmeg and molasses.
